Jiangsu Yibei Industry Co., Ltd. recently welcomed visitors to the factory for a closer look at cowboy boot production and workflow arrangements. During the visit, guests were introduced to multiple manufacturing stages, including upper preparation, stitching, assembling, outsole attachment, and finishing procedures.

The production line visit also provided an opportunity to discuss material selection, construction methods, and sample development processes. Different stages of manufacturing were presented to help explain how product details move from design concepts to physical samples and later production stages.

In addition to observing production activities, visitors exchanged ideas regarding product styles, market preferences, and structure requirements for different applications. Communication between manufacturing teams and visitors also covered areas such as outsole options, embroidery arrangements, and product coordination.
