(I) Comfortable and breathable insoles
The design of wear-resistant, non-slip breathable insoles is scientific and reasonable, following the principle of ergonomic design. Antibacterial masterbatch and alum are used in the production of high elasticity foaming shoe materials. The shoe material includes thermoplastic elastic compound ultra-light elastomer, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, antioxidant, vesicle stabilizer, inorganic aerogel, foaming additives and other ingredients. It is composed of silicon dioxide, zinc oxide nanoparticles, copper oxide nanoparticles, dispersant, coupling agent, deionized water, silicone resin and the like. Through this production method, the shoe material is made to have performance advantages such as cost-effectiveness and safety.
